About Health in Menopause
A CQC-accredited private menopause clinic offering personalised, evidence-based care to women across the UK — with the time and expertise that menopause genuinely deserves.
Our story
Health in Menopause was founded in Nottingham by GP and menopause specialist Dr Alice Duffy, after years of seeing women dismissed or rushed through menopause care that simply didn't work. We've grown into a small, specialist team across two clinics — Nottingham and Sutton Coldfield — and online consultations for women across the UK.
Our mission is straightforward: fast access to specialist menopause care, without waiting lists, without GP referral, and with the time and warmth this stage of life actually deserves.

Our founder
Hello and welcome - I'm Dr Alice Duffy, GP and founder of Health in Menopause.
I started this clinic because too many women were being dismissed or rushed through menopause care that simply didn't work. We do things differently: longer appointments, evidence-based treatment, and the time to actually listen.
Book a consultation with one of our menopause specialists - in clinic at Nottingham or Sutton Coldfield, or online by video.
IMPORTANT UPDATE
We are still here for you for appointments, prescriptions and support as normal until 23 October, but then we close. Please take a moment to read about how this affects your care.
