Our Sutton Coldfield clinic is located at Sutton Medical Consulting Centre, in the same building as Ashfurlong Medical Centre on Tamworth Road. The building is open to the public during clinic hours, so there is no need to buzz in. Once inside, take the lift to the first floor and follow the signs to Sutton Medical Consulting Centre, where the friendly reception team will greet you and direct you to Dr Ball.
Please note that this is a historically listed building. Access is via 2 stone steps at the front. The clinic is based on the first floor and can only be accessed by stairs. There is no lift.

Absolutely. Many of our patients continue care with us remotely after they move. We can issue private prescriptions and review your treatment by phone or video.
We don't currently accept direct insurance payments, but we provide detailed receipts so you can submit a claim to your insurer where your policy allows.
