She was so reassuring and such a positive influence, I just felt relieved it wasn’t just me going through the mill with my menopause symptoms. Her knowledge is second to none and knew exactly what was happening and what needed to be done to relieve the symptoms. I now have a plan, which, believe me,  means I can get on with life. Not only did she make me feel comfortable enough to talk about things I tend to keep buried, she listened, advised and made sense of everything I was feeling and gave me the confidence to move forward and deal with it properly.  No GP would every be able to explain things so well or give you that warm feeling of being heard.  If you are struggling, as I was with menopause I couldnt recommend her highly enough!
