Fantastic call with Dr Alice Duffy. I was finally heard, listened to and advised on my options going forward. She was so reassuring and such a positive influence, I just felt relieved it wasn’t just me going through the mill with my menopause symptoms. Her knowledge is second to none and knew exactly what was happening and what needed to be done to relieve the symptoms. I now have a plan, which, believe me, means I can get on with life. Thank you so much, what a great job you do.Posted on Google![]()

I was recommended to speak to Dr Alice after trying to deal with menopause myself (badly). Not only did she make me feel comfortable enough to talk about things I tend to keep buried, she listened, advised and made sense of everything I was feeling and gave me the confidence to move forward and deal with it properly. No GP would every be able to explain things so well or give you that warm feeling of being heard. If you are struggling, as I was with menopause I couldnt recommend her highly enough! Thank you Dr Alice xPosted on Google![]()

If you've never had a consultation with any of our specialists before, you're a new patient and need the full 60-minute initial appointment. If you've been seen by us before (even once), you can book a follow-up. If you're unsure, just get in touch and we'll confirm.
Clinically nothing — the same specialist, the same length appointment, the same prescription outcome. Video is easier if you're outside Nottingham or Sutton Coldfield or would rather not travel. In-person appointments are available on set clinic days at each location — the widget will show you availability.
Yes. The booking widget shows you the available specialists for each date so you can pick. For follow-up appointments, we recommend seeing the same specialist you saw first — but any of our team can see any patient.
You can reschedule directly from your confirmation email — just click the link. Changes made more than 48 hours before your appointment are free. Full cancellation terms are in our cancellation policy.
You'll get an immediate confirmation email with your appointment details. 24 hours before, you'll get a reminder and a short pre-consultation form to fill in. Then it's just a case of turning up at the clinic (5 min early is ideal) or clicking your video link at the appointment time.
We're not currently registered with private medical insurers, so we can't bill them directly. However, many patients successfully claim consultation fees back from their insurer or employer scheme — we're happy to provide the paperwork you'll need.
Yes. All consultation fees are all-inclusive — the price you see is the total price you pay. Prescriptions and GP summary letters are included. Medication (if prescribed) is paid separately at your pharmacy. Full breakdown on our pricing page.
