Our doctors have busy diaries and are not available for ad hoc telephone discussions. We are happy to answer email queries from our patients via email if deemed an appropriate response method for the particular query. If we feel that the query cannot be appropriately dealt with via email, we may suggest a further follow up consultation is necessary – this would usually be in person or via video; but can be via telephone at the discretion of your doctor.
