At present it is not possible to change your appointment online. You can cancel an appointment by calling 0115 6463390 or by clicking on the cancellation link contained in the email confirmation of your appointment. Please email info@healthinmenopause.co.uk if you wish to change the date/time of your appointment.
Cancellations or amendments that occur with at least 2 full working days’ notice will be cancelled or rebooked without penalty or administration fees. However, cancellations or amendments made with less than 2 full working days’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation levy.
