Absolutely not! Different women experience various symptoms in many individual ways, and this can have a huge variety of potentially detrimental impacts on our day-to-day functioning and quality of life. The knock-on effects of this may be on our relationships, our work and/or our ability to lead a healthy lifestyle. There is no arbitrary threshold for how we need to feel before considering seeking help. Delaying seeking help can be counterproductive as we may become less able to proactively tackle a problem eg having the confidence to make an appointment as menopause symptoms potentially worsen, implementing lifestyle changes to reduce symptoms etc.
