You will immediately receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment and a link to a new patient questionnaire to be completed if you are attending for the first time.
Please save the info@healthinmenopause.co.uk email to avoid the chance of our correspondence going to your junk folder.
You will then receive a reminder email at 6 pm on the evening before your consultation. This will contain a reminder to complete your Menopause Symptom Checker in advance of your appointment.
